Katy Perry, Russell Brand Getting Mauied

Russell Brand and Katy Perry will get married on Maui in October 2010.

The pop-tart and MZ’s fave Brit mailed out “Save The Date (Week)” cards to friends and family, indicating that tropical wedding bells will ring in the Fall, according to the New York Post.

Brand is no stranger to the Hawaiian Islands. He filmed his break-out film, “Forgetting Sarah Marshall,” on the North Shore of Oahu. And if memory serves me right, I think I’ve seen tabloid photos of Perry romping in the ocean on a Maui beach.

Regardless, it’s exciting news for us Island Dwellers. Once again, magical Maui attracts the cream-of-the-crop when it comes to unique and interesting people.
